• Warranty: On custom-fabricated rugs, we offer a 2-year guarantee on workmanship.
• Retail and Walk-in Clients: We offer full-service finishing to retail stores and full design services to walk-in clients.
• Consultation and Design: Bring your own design for fabrication or create a rug as unique as yourself through consultation with our designer. We offer full design services to our clients.
• Production / Completion Deadlines: For a custom rug, pleaseallow 3 - 4 weeks from conception to completion. For binding, serging, fringing, or backing, please allow 7 to 10 days.
• Payment Methods: At this time, we accept payment in the form of check, cash, or PayPal deposits.
